Felicity Ventures is a spin-out from Felicity Global Capital, dedicated to investing in transformative technologies that drive sustainable growth and climate transition.
Our roots trace back to 2008 through the legacy of ACA Investments — the predecessor to Felicity Global Capital — which has invested in over 112 companies across diverse sectors in Asia. Building on this 15+ year foundation, Felicity Ventures is now charting a focused path toward impact-driven value creation in the region.

2008
Ant Corporate Advisory (“ACA”) was spun out from Nikko Antfactory with Sumitomo Corporation as its corporate sponsor. In the same year, the Singapore subsidiary, ACA Investments Pte. Ltd., was established.
Sustainability Focus
Launched the venture capital team at ACA Investments, initiating a focused impact investment strategy
2016
Daiwa’s Participation
Completed the acquisition of shares held by Sumitomo Corporation and welcomed Daiwa Securities Group as a new corporate shareholder.

VC Team Spin Out

The venture capital team was spun off as ACA Ventures.
ACA Ventures has rebranded as Felicity Ventures and is launching the USD 50 million Felicity Sustainable Impact Fund, focusing on sustainable development across the APAC.
